The Board of Directors of Marshall-Saline Development Corporation is composed of 7 members. Five represent those entities who support MSDC in the amount of $10,000 or more, per year. The remaining two are called "At-Large" members. They are elected by the other 5 Board Members. The Board hold its reorganization meeting in January of each year. Officers for the year are also elected at that time. The 2003 Board is:
