Editor's Annual Report for 2002
Welcome to a New Year and new opportunities for the expansion of ESEP! The year 2003 promises to be an exciting one for the journal, with many projects underway in an effort to expand our readership base and attract new authors. The number of manuscripts submitted to ESEP is slowly increasing, but in order to effectively contribute to current discussion in the field and to achieve our desired growth, we as the Editorial Board must lead the way in soliciting new manuscripts and authors in 2003. Many thanks for your previous and continued efforts in these endeavours. I look forward to meeting this challenge with you! This report addresses the following 8 points: Managing Editor Changes Editors Review Editors ESEP Web Pages ... ESEP Student Forum (1) Managing Editor Changes In October 2002 Managing Editor Nicola Barnfather stepped down from her position after moving to New Caledonia. We had hoped that it would be possible for Nicola to continue her work in spite of the distance between Oldendorf and her new home; however, this turned out to be too difficult. We thank Nicola for all she has done to promote ESEP, and wish her much success in New Caledonia.
