  • The upper levels of the castle are used as a water tower. There are three elevators in the castle, including the dumbwaiter for the restaurant. An apartment was built into the castle for Walt Disney and his guests. At one time, it was turned into dressing rooms for the characters, and a restaurant (Cinderella's Royal Table, formerly King Stefan's Banquet Hall). Inside the castle there is a picture of Cinderella and her evil stepsisters. One of the sisters is red with anger, the other green with envy.

    Architecture and Historical Landmarks
All cultures throughout history have produced art, although the forms vary by both culture and historical era. The impulse to create, to realize form and order out of mere matter, is universal and perpetual. Such artwork can include visual art, literature, architecture, music, dance, and other forms. Because the history of architecture concerns buildings which have proved substantial enough to survive (at least in part) or important enough to be recorded in some way (by drawings or written description), in practice it has been the history of significant buildings - castles, cathedrals and institutional monuments. Buckingham Palace has been the official London residence of English royalty since 1837. The palace stands in around 40 acres of garden and while the west facade of the palace building remains virtually as its architect Nash designed it, the east side facing the garden was added in 1847 and entirely replaced in 1913. York
The picturesque medieval city of York was second only to London in importance up until the Industrial Revolution. The city, whose 13th century walls are one of the best surviving medieval fortifications in Europe, played a key role in English history. Its magnificent cathedral, medieval streets, grand houses and attractive riverside pubs make it an ideal spot for getting away from it all.
