    Climate Besides the sudden summer thunderstorms, also known as monsoons, Arizona weather is close to perfect. The weather proves to be warm and comfortable year round. In fact, the high in January is degrees. And no worrying about rain or snow if you live in the valley. Only 7 inches of rain annually. Beware though of the heat in summer, July's high is degrees.
